I'm currently supporting aGlobal supplier to the automotive industry in their search for an experienced Production Assembly Manager (Montageleiter) for their headquarters in Berlin.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a large area in a modern production environment – a 150-person, 3-shift assembly operation – for a company renowned in the industry for its specialised productsused across multiple vehicle segments.

As a direct report to the Plant Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping operational performance and driving continuous improvement through lean methodologies.
