Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking a Production Activity Controller to join on-site teams supporting Airbus projects in Germany. The role focuses on production progress reporting, parts availability, and WO management across Bremen and other sites.

Candidates should have degrees in business/finance-related fields and experience in finance or controlling, with English (B1/B2) and German (B2/C1) proficiency. EU citizenship is required, and relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance and/or Controlling.
• English B1/B2 and German B2/C1 required.
• EU citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze reports on production progress, as well as the availability of parts and materials.
• Manage and prioritize Work Orders (WO) from release through completion, while monitoring order inflow.
• Coordinate material and component flows, including the management of missing parts and ensuring part availability.
• Monitor and resolve logistics deviations such as non-conformities, over-deliveries, material losses, and booking errors.
• Manage open logistics processes and work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth production workflow.
