Our client is a Berlin-based software company, founded in 2016, that runs a profitable, high-usage consumer social app with over 4 million users (mainly Gen Z in Germany and the Arab world). The entire team is fully remote, spread across Europe.

They are lean, bootstrapped, and deeply product-led but need sharper insights into user behavior, pain points, and key features.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze behavioral patterns, product data, and usage logs
• Interview and analyze users to identify confusion points, drop-offs, or unexpected usage
• Frame hypotheses for testing or development
• Collaborate directly with the founder and product manager to refine the product roadmap

Required experience:

• Living in Europe
• Experience in Product Management, UX Research, growth, or product analysis
• Curious, self-driven, and fast-paced
• Experience in UX, including mapping, analyzing, and improving user flows
• Ideally, background in social apps targeting Gen Z
• Appreciates open feedback and growth environment
• Experience working in an English-speaking environment
