They are looking for a passionate, hands-onProduct Support & Training Specialistto join their growing team in Germany. This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, enjoys helping others understand and use innovative tools, and thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

You will play a key role in supporting their customers—both in industry and education—helping them get the most out of our cutting-edge augmented reality welding simulators and other technical training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliveron-site and remote product trainingfor customers (industrial clients, educational institutions) across central Germany
  • Providetechnical supportand troubleshooting for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Act as a product ambassador, helping users integrate our technology into their workflowsàadoption
  • Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations and customer onboarding
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region to customer sites and trade events. At least 60% of time.

Profile / Requirements:

  • Deep passion for technology; a natural tech enthusiast
  • Experience with technical products, training, or support (formal or informal)
  • Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way
  • Hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • High willingness to travel regularly across central Germany
  • Fluent German and intermediate English (minimum)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in welding, industrial training, or vocational education
  • Familiarity with AR/VR, simulators, or technical training tools
