To strengthen our team in the West region, with a branch in Neuss (hybrid), we are looking for a Product Support Specialist (m/w/d) New Equipment to start as soon as possible and in full-time.

Responsibilities/Scope of Duties:

• Technical product responsibility (product champion) for a specific product line
• Technical support (non-commercial) for turbo and absorption chillers, air/water-cooled screw chillers, and heat pumps for relevant colleagues and partners, including during commissioning
• Technical interface between factories and customers
• Conducting training sessions (in training centers and at customer sites)
• Assisting in the creation and review of A-texts
• Drafting and reviewing documentation for the German market
• Assisting with the selection software

Minimum Requirements:

• Mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, technician, or master’s degree preferred
• At least 5 years of practical experience in the field
• Experience in product support of refrigeration systems
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
