As a Product Support Manager for 'Infrastructure Applications,' you will facilitate knowledge transfer from development to support teams, coordinate product design input, and help enhance the quality and performance of our platform, ultimately improving clinical outcomes. You will serve as a key interface between customer support, R&D, and product management, ensuring successful product development and release. You will also provide third-level support throughout the product lifecycle.
Your role significantly impacts hospital operations worldwide. Main responsibilities include evaluating complex clinical issues, providing feedback to R&D and Marketing, improving product design, analyzing product performance trends, attending prototype and beta cases, developing training, transferring knowledge from R&D to customer care, coaching team members, leading technical investigations, and maintaining support documentation.
Qualifications: University degree in software engineering, medical informatics, physics, or equivalent. Advanced troubleshooting skills, analytical mindset, detail-oriented, self-motivated, solution-focused with a positive attitude. Proven track record of achieving goals, flexible, team-oriented, fluent in English, excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience with clinical software components, affinity for computers, networks, and modern tech. Knowledge of imaging tech (XR/CT/MR), DICOM, and HL7 preferred. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
