Zusammenfassung

MISUMI Europe GmbH sucht eine/linke Mitarbeiterin im Bereich Partner- und Produktentwicklung zur Identifikation, Akquise und Pflege von Herstellern im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik. Sie arbeiten eng mit internationalen Einheiten zusammen und betreuen Lieferanten- und Produktdaten im MISUMI-Shop.

Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in Produkt- oder Lieferantenmanagement, Beschaffung oder Business Development, starke Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie fließendes Englisch; Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau ist

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in Produktmanagement, Lieferantenmanagement, Beschaffung oder Business Development.
• Sicheres Verhandeln und Stakeholder-Management auf operativer und Management-Ebene.
• Strukturiertes, analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.

Aufgaben

• Beziehungen zu führenden Herstellern identifizieren, akquirieren und ausbauen.
• Lieferanten- und Produkt onboarding/ Bearbeitung in unseren Systemen und MISUMI Online Shop.
• Verträge, Preise und kommerzielle Vereinbarungen verhandeln.
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durchführen und strategische Maßnahmen ableiten.

Jobbeschreibung

Your role and responsibilities

• You identify, acquire and develop partnerships with leading manufacturers to expand our product portfolio in the field of factory automation.
• You manage the onboarding and maintenance of suppliers and products within our systems and MISUMI online shop.
• You negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements with new and existing suppliers.
• You conduct market and competitor analyses and derive strategic actions to optimize the product portfolio.
• You collaborate closely with international MISUMI entities and our headquarters in Japan on global initiatives and projects.
• You work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, IT and Product Compliance to ensure seamless business processes.

Your profile

• You have a degree in business, engineering or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have experience in product management, supplier management, procurement or business development.
• You are confident in negotiations and stakeholder management at both operational and management levels.
• You have a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
• You communicate fluently in English; German on native level is a must have
• You enjoy working in an international and dynamic business environment.
