Salary: Base salary of 1100 EUR (x14 months) + 450 EUR language bonus (x12 months)

Schedules: Rotative shifts (24 / 7) with 2 days off

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Review and moderate online video content and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
2. Update, audit, and manage content for a leading social media platform.
3. Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
4. Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
5. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Profile

Required Skills:

1. Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
2. Strong PC navigation and computer skills.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
5. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualities:

1. Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year).
2. Associate degree in a related field.
