Proclinical is seeking a commercially oriented Product Specialist to support the MedTech adhesives division across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role involves empowering distributors and growing sales in surgical sealants and related products. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities :

  • Support distributors in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to increase revenue in surgical sealants and related products.
  • Provide technical and procedural support in hospitals alongside healthcare professionals.
  • Educate distributor sales teams on product use and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with leadership and distribution managers to identify and execute commercial opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between distributors and internal teams for product management and marketing.
  • Participate in product launches, field evaluations, and training sessions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage activities and provide market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows in the DACH region.

Key Skills and Requirements :

  • Experience in a field-based MedTech sales or product specialist role.
  • Background in adhesives, surgical sealants, or interventional radiology products preferred.
  • Proven success in supporting distribution networks or third-party sales channels.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong understanding of hospital sales environments and confidence in engaging with healthcare professionals.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region.
