Product Solution Manager - DACH (all genders)

RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Pre-Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solar PV solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments (remote or on-site) and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
  • Assist in tender preparation and respond to RFPs / RFQs.

2. Mid-Sales Engagement

  • Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process.
  • Customize solutions based on evolving client feedback and site-specific constraints.
  • Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to validate system configurations.
  • Support contract negotiations with technical inputs and risk assessments.
  • 3. Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.
  • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Gather feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
  • 4. Solution Sales & Product Strategy

  • Stay updated on the latest solar PV technologies, inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products (e.g., energy storage, EV chargers).
  • Collaborate with product development teams to refine offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Support marketing with technical content for brochures, datasheets, and case studies.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in solar PV system design, sales engineering, or technical support.
  • Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of grid-tied and off-grid systems, inverters, and battery storage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Fluent in German and English, other European languages are preferred.
  • Willing to travel frequently (≥30%).
