Responsibilities / Tasks

Your Role – What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales activities for hygienic pumps in selected international markets, ensuring sales targets and budgets are met.
  • Adapt global strategies into tailored, country-specific business initiatives in close collaboration with the Business Unit Valves & Pumps.
  • Build and expand long-term client relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
  • Monitor markets and competitors, providing insights on business potential and industry trends.
  • Act as a product expert by training and supporting internal teams, partners, and distributors to strengthen local competence and autonomy.
  • Play an active role in securing large-scale business opportunities from start to finish, maximizing success rates.
Your Profile – What You Bring
  • A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid background in international sales or product management, ideally within industrial equipment, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and partnerships.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work in a global environment.
