Location: Rastatt, DE; Vienna, AT; Luxembourg, LU; Groot-Bijgaarden, BE; Delft, NL; Frankfurt am Main, DE; Rheinfelden, CH

Remote Work: 5 days at home (fully remote)

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive business development for the DACH and BNL regions, ensuring sales and order intake targets are met.
  • Provide product expertise in sales, tenders, and market conditions, including responsibility for product launches and FSCAs in DACH.
  • Support regional teams with product-specific inquiries, presentations, and implementation of Inside Sales insights.
  • Consolidate competitive intelligence, organize cross-regional workshops and webinars with Therapy Development.
  • Contribute to divisional results and therapy development; escalate product issues to Global Commercial Operations (ComOps).
Required Qualifications, Experience and Working Conditions
  • Degree in Economics, Health Economics, Business or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in Sales and/or a medical role (e.g., ICU nurse).
  • Experience in the Acute Care segment is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; German, Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with a forwards-thinking, game-changing mindset.
