Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to assess product quality and compliance, identifying issues and generating insights for DMAIC cycles. Your analytical skills will drive strategic initiatives and data-driven decisions.
• Lead the development, tracking, and evolution of team KPIs to align with business objectives. Regularly review and update KPIs, and prepare comprehensive reports on data analysis findings and compliance checks.
• Identify inefficiencies within existing processes and propose data-driven improvements. Develop and implement process improvement plans, tracking progress and measuring impact to enhance product safety strategies.
• Conduct compliance checks for supplier onboarding and product articles. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions ensuring compliance with regulations such as the General Product Safety Regulation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to discuss findings and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge and 3-5 years of experience in the product safety field, with an overview of European legislation applicable to Zalando Lounge's product range.
• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of leading data-driven projects from start to finish and driving continuous process improvements.
• Proficiency in managing KPIs and using data insights for strategic decision-making to impact business and compliance positively.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Experience with project management and data analysis tools such as GSuite, Tableau, Sheets, Slides, Gmail.
• Proactive in adapting to new regulations and experienced in managing compliance and quality assurance projects.
