Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Embedded Systems, Hardware oder Softwaredesign, vorzugsweise im Automobilbereich.
• Starkes Wissen über Produktsicherheit und ISO-Standards.

Aufgaben

• Koordination der Produkt- und funktionalen Sicherheitsaktivitäten im Projekt gemäß ISO-Standards.
• Erstellung von Sicherheitsanalysen und Sicherheitskonzepten.
• Direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden hinsichtlich Produktanforderungen und funktionale Sicherheit.

Job Description:

• Coordination of product and functional safety activities in the project according to ISO standards.
• Creation of safety planning, safety analysis (PHA, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, Reliability), safety concepts, and safety case.
• Act as the direct contact person for customers regarding product requirements and functional safety.
• Support project teams in implementing safety concepts at system, hardware, and software levels.
• Conduct safety design reviews.
• Ensure training for project engineers.
• Participate in Valeo standardization efforts for functional safety.
• Continuously improve Valeo safety processes.
• Establish a safety culture within Valeo.
• Ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with project management and teams.

You inspire us with:

• Completed engineering studies or comparable education.
• Several years of experience in embedded systems, hardware, or software design, preferably in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of product safety, ISO standards, SOTIF, requirements management, and documentation.
• Fluent in English and confident in customer interactions.
• Structured, team-oriented work approach and high commitment.
