Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced professional to build and optimize real-time monitoring and alerting systems. You will proactively identify performance degradations, track uptime and latency of third-party integrations, and support rapid incident resolution.

You will prepare structured error data for developers and Product Managers and contribute data-driven input to the product roadmap. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with dashboards and automated checks, and

Qualifikationen

• Solid hands-on experience building stable live systems in complex IT or FinTech environments.
• Experience analyzing system performance, latency, error logs, and anomalies.
• Experience building meaningful dashboards and automated alerts.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting and incident triage.
• Passion for proactive automated checks and the digitalization of operational system testing.
• Confident communication at the interface between Product Management, TechOps, and Delivery teams.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

• Continuously track the stability, uptime, and latency of external third-party integrations, such as payment providers and banking interfaces.
• Conduct initial incident analyses and prepare structured, well-founded error data for developers and Product Managers.
• Support rapid incident resolution processes.
• Collect and prepare stability metrics such as uptime, errors, and latency.
• Provide data-driven input for prioritizing maintenance work on the product roadmap.
