- Increase brand visibility and engagement through impactful multi-channel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and patients
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration by aligning national and global teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Shape the digital transformation journey & digital strategy by optimizing digital platforms (website, app, online shop) and leveraging data for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance and quality in all marketing activities within a regulated MedTech environment
- Champion user-centric innovation by integrating patient and HCP feedback into product development and marketing strategies
- Drive market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing agile methodologies and iterative testing in product and campaign development
Your role:Product Management- Lifecycle management of the core portfolio in close collaboration with Global Marketing and Medical Affairs, as well as coordination and execution of the go-to-market strategy for new products in the field of diabetes management
- Development and implementation of clear communication guidelines for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service)
- Creation of training materials for healthcare professionals and patients (both online and offline)
- Delivery of product training for new employees
- Leadership of Voice-of-Customer (VoC) initiatives to gather insights from patients, healthcare professionals, and sales teams to inform product improvements
- Collaboration with R&D and Regulatory Affairs to ensure product updates meet both user needs and regulatory requirements
- Management of product performance dashboards and relevant KPIs to track usage, satisfaction, and return on investment (ROI)
Project- & Campaign Management (Online & Offline)- Preparation and presentation of business cases, including evaluation and monitoring of project outcomes
- Localization and implementation of global campaigns in collaboration with the Global Marketing team to further strengthen market leadership in Germany
- Definition of strategic KPIs, development of national campaigns and materials for healthcare professionals and patients, leveraging digital platforms
- Shaping the ADC blood glucose monitoring communities through strategically relevant content
- Design and optimization of email and fax campaigns for physicians and pharmacies, including call center scripts
- Analysis and improvement of marketing, service, and training materials; inventory monitoring based on field and call center usage with a focus on cost-efficiency
- Enhancement of website and app UX and search performance in coordination with agencies and Global Marketing
- Further development of the local e-commerce platform/order options and expansion of ADC's presence on online marketplaces
- Development and management of tailored omnichannel marketing journeys for different customer segments (e.g., newly diagnosed patients vs. experienced users)
- Responsibility for budget planning and resource allocation for campaigns and product initiatives
- Leadership of cross-functional workshops and sprint planning sessions to align stakeholders and accelerate project timelines
Your qualification / professional background:- Solid experience in marketing and campaign management (both online and offline)
- Strong skills in project and cross-functional management (national and international)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry, with knowledge of regulated markets and proficiency in Power BI
- Good understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, MDR) and their impact on marketing and product development
- Excellent German & English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Nitro
Your personal skills:- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data and insights
- Ability to create clear and effective briefs for agencies and print partners
- Confident and professional communication with customers (e.g., physicians, diabetes educators)
- Positive attitude and resilience, even in high-pressure or long-term project situations
- Empathetic communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and a high level of personal responsibility
Additional qualifications (optional):- Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or product management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM) are a plus
- Experience with Photoshop and other graphic design tools
