Key Objectives of the Role :
- Drive product success by managing the lifecycle of blood glucose monitoring devices and ensuring effective market launches
- Increase brand visibility and engagement through impactful multi-channel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and patients
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration by aligning national and global teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Support digital transformation by optimizing digital platforms (website, app, online shop) and leveraging data for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance and quality in all marketing activities within a regulated MedTech environment
Product Management (Blood Glucose Monitoring Devices)
- Coordinate the launch of new products and manage the lifecycle of existing ones in close collaboration with Global Marketing and Medical Affairs
- Develop communication guidelines for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service)
- Create educational materials for healthcare professionals and patients (both online and offline)
- Conduct product training for new employees
Project & Campaign Management (Online & Offline)
- Localize and implement global campaigns in collaboration with the Global Marketing team
- Develop national campaigns and materials for healthcare professionals and patients
- Build and maintain a BGM (Blood Glucose Monitoring) community through social media, newsletters, and blog content
- Design and optimize email and fax campaigns for doctors and pharmacies, including call center scripts
- Analyze and improve marketing, service, and training materials; monitor inventory based on field and call center usage
- Enhance website and app UX and search performance in coordination with agencies and Global Marketing
- Manage the launch of an online shop and marketplace presence
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Economics or Communication and professional Marketing experience (5 - 10 yrs)
- Solid experience in marketing and campaign management (online & offline)
- Strong project and cross-functional management skills (national & global)
- Ability to create clear and effective briefs for agencies and print partners
- Confident and professional interaction with customers (e.g., physicians, diabetes educators)
- A positive attitude and resilience, even when things get hectic or take longer than expected
- Empathic communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Nitro
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry, familiarity with regulated markets and knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.
