Qualifikationen

• 3+ ans d'expérience en gestion de produit SaaS ou API.
• Fluent en allemand et anglais.
• Expérience avec la documentation et les méthodes agiles.

Do you love breaking fixed milestones, juggling multiple sprints in parallel and pushing boundaries when things get tight? Do you want to take responsibility for software & data science products in a start-up-like environment and create real customer value together with creative developer and data teams? You will be...

• Managing sprint planning & release cycle - tough and precise; you balance parallel boards and meet deadlines like clockwork
• Writing user stories with measurable acceptance criteria and support and challenge developers in refinements
• Operatingbacklog management according to fixed business values; you prioritize data-driven and communicate clearly what is built and what is not built.
• Leadingtechnical discussions: Challenge architectures, question ML prototypes, optimize deployment pipelines
• If necessary, put on the SCRUM master hat: Daily, Retro, Review - you ensure flow, tackle blockers
• Initiating product discoveries & rapid experiments: A/B tests, spike sprints, proof of concepts
• Responsible for dependency and risk management across multiple squads, including complete documentation (C4, ADRs, Confluence)
• Delivering speed + quality: CI/CD metrics, test coverage and ML drift monitoring are your dashboards

You're a good fit for us if...

• You can demonstrate 3+ years of SaaS or API-based product management
• You live Deep Agile - Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; CSPO/PSPO or similar is a bonus
• You have a Bachelor+ in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or similar
• You have experience with data and ML lifecycle (feature stores, MLOps, model monitoring)
• You have documentation skills (C4-Model, Swagger, dbt Docs)
• You can convince without hierarchy and are aware of your responsibility for setting the tone in collegial cooperation: customer focus + lateral leadership
• You speak and write fluent German & English
• You use high pressure as a catalyst to generate top performance

Nice-to-Haves

• You have experience in highly regulated environments (HealthTech, FinTech)
• You have hands-on DevOps/MLOps experience (Kubernetes, Kubeflow, GitHub Actions)
