Qualifikationen

• Au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que Product Owner dans le développement logiciel.
• Bonne connaissance des projets de données complexes et possibilités d'amélioration des moteurs de recherche.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais dans un contexte professionnel, allemand souhaité.

Your role:

• As Product Owner Search (m/f/d) you lead the full product development cycle from ideation & design to the development and continuous improvement
• To achieve your goals (OKR) you will manage your product team together with the Tech Lead (m/f/d) and inspire them with your innovative ideas
• As a product visionary with a customer focus, you will ensure that the business goals are achieved with the help of your product in a dynamic, agile work environment
• Through target group oriented communication you ensure a committed participation of the relevant stakeholders and work together with them on the development of a solution

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable course of study, ideally with an affinity for IT
• At least two years of relevant professional experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d) in product-oriented software development, ideally in e-commerce
• Understanding of modern software concepts like APIs, Cloud, especially PaaS and knowledge in modern data engineering approaches is a plus
• Good knowledge working with complex data projects. Past experience with search engines (e.g. Elasticsearch, Apache Solr., Apache Lucene) is a huge plus
• Advanced experience managing planning, execution and delivery in an agile environment (we use SCRUM)
• Proficient use of English in business contexts, working knowledge of German would be desirable
• Innovative ideas - you create the product vision and reshape e-commerce to translate customer needs into digital solutions
