Job Description:

For our client, a company in the insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for a Product Owner Sales Process for a permanent role.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the maintenance, prioritization and implementation of the product backlog and the product roadmap for the sales process
• Close cooperation with stakeholders from the field, the Lean Portfolio, as well as the Solution Owner & Solution Architect within the Solution
• Managing the technical implementation together with the internal Scrum team (DevOps), suppliers, and other product teams
• Participation and moderation of Scrum events (including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Review)
• Completed higher education in the field of (business) informatics
• At least three years of practical experience as a product owner in an agile environment using methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Several years of experience in digitalization projects
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Teams
• Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills are an advantage
