You will lead a portfolio of low-code software products, establishing a new agile team - the App Factory - at our Pune location. Your responsibilities include:

• Serving as the main contact for departments, identifying low-code needs, and collaborating with the App Factory Manager
• Building and managing a high-quality LowCode Product/Service Backlog
• Acting as a liaison between departments and the App Factory, managing conception and requirements engineering
• Building international relationships and networks
• Making swift, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Evaluating and approving project realizations
• Overseeing product development through its lifecycle
• Working with management to improve the App Factory strategy

Your qualifications include:

• Degree in IT or related field with practical experience
• Several years in LowCode/IT development, preferably with Mendix, Java, and JavaScript
• Experience in agile, international environments
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to operate strategically and operationally
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Independent and team-oriented working style
• Multicultural sensitivity, especially in German-Indian cooperation
