Our mission is to improve developer experience by providing tools, workflows, and infrastructure that simplify tasks, freeing engineers from cognitive load and enabling them to focus on their primary responsibilities. Our platform is the internal foundation of tools, services, and infrastructure that empowers product teams to build, deploy, and operate applications efficiently, securely, and at scale. We want to establish our platform as a product in the company, product teams are our customers and we aim to be user-centric on all levels.
We strive to optimize resource utilization and lower development complexity. Furthermore, we aim to implement standardization and guarantee security compliance across the organization.
Define and maintain a platform roadmap that balances short-term developer needs with long-term scalability, adoption, and security goals
Continuously gather developer feedback, translate insights into features, and define metrics (e.g., adoption, deployment speed, developer satisfaction) to measure success
Drive change management and communication when rolling out new platform features or standards, ensuring product teams understand the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind changes
Develop comprehensive documentation and training resources to encourage the widespread use of the platform
Align with leadership on platform strategy and security posture and collaborate closely with engineering teams and other enabling teams and stakeholders
Align necessary topics with our mobile device management team
Act as a technical sparring partner for our product owners
Experience in Product Management: 5+ years in a product management role, preferably in technical or platform-oriented products within a data-intensive environment.
Experience treating internal platforms as products, including gathering user feedback, defining success metrics, and driving adoption
Professional-level experience in building product strategy and effectively executing product planning
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
An expert in stakeholder management (both internal and external)
You have the ability to foster bottom-up relationships with engineers
Operational Experience and Systems Thinking — Strong understanding of platform engineering concepts such as infrastructure as code, continuous delivery and delivery pipelines, application hosting and monitoring, security standards and frameworks.
Experience with managing complex and long-running projects across multiple teams
Ability to balance standardization and developer autonomy, knowing when to enforce guardrails vs. when to allow flexibility
You can understand how internal platforms connect across products, teams, and processes to create a scalable product ecosystem
Experience with security platforms (e.g., WIZ, Rapid7) and compliance frameworks (e.g. AWS CIS)
Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, serverless)
Understanding of observability and monitoring solutions (e.g. Grafana, Datadog)
Experience driving change management and developer adoption through training, workshops, and clear communication
