Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung mit PIM-Systemen und MAM/DAM-Systemen.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und nicht-technischen Teams.

• Überwachung der Implementierung neuer PIM-Funktionen und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe.

Area of responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of new PIM features, ensuring seamless integration and potential future expansion to MAM/DAM systems.
• Act as the bridge between HQ departments, the e-Commerce team, and external partners to streamline product and media asset workflows.
• Lead digital projects related to PIM & MAM, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into precise technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the optimization of product and media asset workflows, ensuring efficient processes and seamless integration across multiple digital platforms.
• Utilize tools such as Pimcore or other PIM systems, apply MAM/DAM expertise, and leverage platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Miro, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to optimize data management processes.
• Effectively convey complex product information to technical and non-technical stakeholders while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for efficiency gains.
• Proactively address data-related challenges and ensure system reliability.
• Serve as the go-to expert for PIM & MAM-related queries, providing guidance and documentation as needed.
  
  

Profile of qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in e-Commerce, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with PIM systems (e.g., Pimcore, Akeneo, inRiver) and familiarity with MAM/DAM systems.
• Strong understanding of product data structures, taxonomies, and best practices in content and asset management.
• Proven experience in managing digital projects, including stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail when handling complex data sets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Hands-on, self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
