Our no-code tools allow payment professionals to access all payments data and insights within seconds, freeing up their time to focus on business growth.

We are looking for a driven and motivated Product Owner - Payments & Data to join our dynamic, hybrid team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth, develop our data analytics product, and directly impact our clients’ payment processes. As we scale, there is potential to evolve into a leadership position.

Tasks

• Own and manage the product backlog for data and analytics features related to payment performance, transaction monitoring, and operational insights.
• Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and features based on business value, user feedback, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Analyze payment data to inform feature development and identify growth opportunities.
• Work with design teams to craft UI/UX flows for dashboards and reporting interfaces.
• Map user journeys for internal and external users, ensuring usability.
• Use tools like Grafana, Tableau, or custom dashboards to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Monitor key payment metrics to define KPIs and influence roadmaps.
• Ensure data integrity by working with engineers and analysts.
• Drive product discovery through testing, feedback, and iteration.
• Align product vision with cross-functional teams to support business and regulatory needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management within data analytics, payments, or fintech, with a record of delivering data-driven solutions.
• Experience in the payments industry, understanding payment flows, chargebacks, success rates, and KPIs.
• Ability to manage backlogs, write user stories, and prioritize features.
• Strong analytical skills working with transactional data and deriving insights.
• Experience with BI tools (Grafana, Tableau, Metabase) and collaboration with data teams.
• Ability to work with UX/UI designers on user journeys and interfaces.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
