3. Manage the Squad Backlog: Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with marketing and strategy.
4. Ensure Execution Excellence: Lead the team to effectively launch new offers.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
• At least ten years of professional experience in industrial companies
• Experience with medium voltage switchgear is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle stress
• Excellent English skills; German preferred
