IMPACT starts with us: As a Product Owner (f/m/d), you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap by engaging with customers and incorporating commercial insights. You will ensure that the (industrial) roadmap aligns with customer needs and pain points, while maintaining the right momentum for the existing portfolio. Location and Timing: Starting immediately in Regensburg

Duration: Permanent

Vacation: 30 days per year

Weekly working hours: 40 hours

Reporting to: Mario, League Leader

Your Impact:

1. Shape the PGIS Roadmap: Spend time with customers to understand their needs and market trends, creating a roadmap that delivers real value.
2. Develop Business Concepts: Create and manage business cases for new offers, handle budgets, and organize launch activities.
3. Manage the Squad Backlog: Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements, ensuring alignment with marketing and strategy.
4. Ensure Execution Excellence: Lead and collaborate with the team to ensure effective launch of new offers.
5. Foster a Collaborative Environment: Motivate and organize the team, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure transparency.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least ten years of professional experience in industrial companies.
• Experience with medium voltage switchgear is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations.
• Excellent English skills; German skills are desirable.
