Crewmeister is the leading time tracking and shift planning solution for small businesses. We seek a product-focused PM in Munich to drive our product vision after onboarding.

You’ll turn customer insights into actionable requirements and collaborate with the dev team to deliver value. With 3–4 years in project management or product roles and SaaS experience, you’ll own user stories, backlog priorities, and data-driven roadmap decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Completed tech degree or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development.
• 3-4 years of experience in a project management or product organization role.
• Experience in the DACH market.
• Experience working with a software or SaaS product.
• First experiences working in a small business.
• Endless curiosity about technology and user needs; push for better.
• Familiar with agile values and Kanban/Scrum.
• Experience writing user stories and breaking epics into slices.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English; German a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

After an intensive onboarding period, you will grow more in more into becoming a key driver of our product vision. Here’s what that means to us:

You are curious and eager to understand our customers' needs and challenges and are relentless in pursuing the best possible solution for them.

You collaborate with the development team in order to turn product ideas into product reality. Starting with understanding requirements, through providing constant support throughout implementation, you ensure our dev team has an organized understanding of the project and the customer needs.

You take ownership of delivered product value: you help the team create user stories and acceptance criteria, you prioritise and participate in grooming the backlog items. You make sure the team is doing valuable work.

You use data-driven decision making to ensure organization of the product implementation, acting as the bridge between the product and development team.

You remain up to date about open bug tickets and the issues customers and stakeholders face.

You work closely with our current Product Owner and internal stakeholders to understand and contribute to our product roadmap.

You own the releases of our mobile app(s).

What you bring:

You have a completed tech degree or similar.

You have a good understanding of software development.

You have 3-4 years of experience in a project management or product organization role.

You have experience in the DACH market

You have experience working with a software or SaaS product.

You already collected first experiences working in a small business.

You have endless curiosity about technology and understanding user needs, and are constantly pushing for better.

You are familiar with agile values and both the Kanban and scrum methodology.

You have experience in writing user stories and breaking down epics into useful slices.

You are quick on your feet and have an analytical data-driven mindset.

You bring excellent organisation skills and a great eye for detail.

You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English. Strong knowledge of German is not required, but considered a major plus.
