Job summary

XITASO Holding GmbH in Berlin is seeking a hands-on software professional to shape product vision for complex software projects. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to develop concepts and write user stories, maintaining the product backlog and managing progress with agile rituals.

The ideal candidate has a degree in STEM or related fields, can navigate diverse domains, and communicates fluently in German and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision and development strategy for complex software.
• Conceptualise workshops for requirements engineering with stakeholders.
• Develop concepts for implementing the software together with UI/UX and architecture teams.
• Write user stories and maintain the product backlog.
• Track project progress and the team’s capacity and file reports.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with Agile Coaches.

These tasks interest you

• In close cooperation with our customers, you shape the product vision and development strategy for complex individual software.
• You conceptualise workshops for requirements engineering with the stakeholders at our customers’ facilities.
• Together with our UI/UX Experts and Software Architects youdevelop concepts for implementing the software.
• You write user stories for requirements management and update them in the product backlog.
• You keep track of theproject progress andthe team’s capacity utilisation and file reports.
• Together with us, you live and breathe agile software development in daily stand‑up meetings, sprint reviews with customers and retrospectivemeetings with support from our Agile Coaches.

• You have completed a degree in the area of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering or have a comparable educational background – business administration related aspects are also appreciated.
• You are capable of finding your bearings quickly in very diverse customer domains.
• Describing complex relationships in a fitting manner for the target group comes easy to you.
• You enjoy applying your pronounced organisational skillsin projects.
• You share our appreciationfor agile work culture and bring along an open mindset for it.
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) to ensure clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 64,000 – 86,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
