Your Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision, characteristics, and requirements for assigned products, leading product development from a functional perspective to meet stakeholder demands and ensure commercial success.
• Design both functional and non-functional/regulatory product requirements to maximize product value.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring transparency for the team.
• Coordinate with the development team to set iteration targets and approve results for deployment.
• Establish a mid-term release plan with stakeholders and the team.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners and purchasing to source components.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, information technology, software engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of international professional experience, preferably in IT, management consultancy, or a technology company.
• Experience in software development or digitization projects.
• Knowledge of agile development processes, ideally as a certified product owner.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation, dependency analysis, and defining MVPs.
• Experience with proprietary and non-proprietary software projects.
• Familiarity with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Technical experience with analytics, data science, internet technologies, and web applications.
• Software development skills (e.g., object-oriented programming) and agile development certification are advantageous.
• Strong leadership and soft skills, with a high level of abstraction ability.
