Your key responsibilities will be:
Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the VoiceBot, ensuring alignment with customer service strategies and business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends in conversational AI, automation, and natural language processing (NLP) to drive innovation.
Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of VoiceBot capabilities to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Continuously analyze and enhance AI-driven features to improve contextual understanding, intent recognition, and conversational accuracy.
Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, customer service, and AI development teams, ensuring that VoiceBot capabilities meet business needs.
Ensure seamless integration of the VoiceBot with existing communication channels (voice, chat, messaging apps) and backend enterprise systems (e.g., Phoenix, Confluence).
Implement quality assurance processes, including testing, monitoring, and real-time VoiceBot tuning, to ensure high reliability and accuracy.
What you bring:

Successfully bridged IT, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
