You'll be the mastermind behind a cutting-edge portfolio of low-code based software products, paving the way for an all-new agile team - the App Factory - at our Pune location. Your mission will require you to :

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for multiple departments, identifying low-code requirements and collaborating closely with the App Factory Manager to leverage full potential
• Build and prioritize a top-tier LowCode Product / Service Backlog, ensuring up-to-the-minute accuracy and transparency
• Act as the liaison between the departments and the App Factory, taking charge of hands-on conception and requirements engineering
• Foster invaluable connections with an international network of diverse individuals and build meaningful, trusting relationships
• Act quickly and intelligently in a fast-paced environment
• Evaluate and approve realizations
• Oversee product development from start to saturation phase, according to the general life cycle model
• Work with App Factory Management and DSS Leadership to continuously improve the App Factory Strategy

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in the IT sector or comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
• Several years of solid professional experience in the LowCode / IT environment, e.g. the development and maintenance of corresponding products and services based on LowCode (preferably Mendix platform with Java and Java Script)
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in an agile and international environment
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Can easily act and decide both on operational and strategic level
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and German
• Willingness to travel on business, occasionally also internationally
• Independent working style and ability to work in a team
• Multicultural sensitivity and experience, ideally with a focus on German-Indian cooperation
