Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder POS-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Produktentwicklung.
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in ähnlicher Rolle.

Your responsibilities

You define and prioritize product requirements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and regulatory needs.

You create user stories and work closely with the development team to manage and refine the product backlog.

In collaboration with stakeholders and a cross-functional team, you develop solutions that deliver real value to our customers – especially within our POS (Point of Sale) systems.

You apply agile methodologies to drive measurable progress together with the team.

You ensure a shared understanding of product vision, goals, and priorities across both the team and the wider organization.

You collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, QA, and other departments to deliver the best possible product experience.

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in the retail or POS environment – ideally with a background in product development or system implementation.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, preferably in the POS space.

Solid knowledge of agile software development.

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).

Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.

A structured mindset, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges of our customers.
