Job Description:

We are in search of a strategic Product Owner to steer the evolution of ChatCGM, our cutting-edge chat application driven by generative AI with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare technology, AI, and improving patient outcomes through seamless information access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, software developers, and healthcare professionals to enhance ChatCGM's capabilities and ensure it meets industry standards and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ChatCGM, incorporating user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, specifically in generative models and RAG, to maintain the product's competitive edge.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Drive the product vision and strategy, presenting progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development, preferably in healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, especially RAG, and their applications in healthcare.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A strong advocate for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.
