Qualifikationen

• 3 years of Agile experience translating business needs into technology requirements.
• Experience with backlog mgmt, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Translate business needs into product capabilities to accelerate value for customers and patients.
• Serve as the link between Product Management and Agile delivery teams; translate vision into actionable user stories.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog; ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are defined.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architects, SMEs, and other Product Owners to clarify requirements and manage dependencies.
• Participate in Program Increment planning, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, demos, releases, and other Agile processes.
• Provide ongoing guidance, stakeholder feedback, and requirement clarification to delivery teams.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks, and drive informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support release execution and track delivery metrics while ensuring compliance with processes.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to ensure product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered to create value for customers and patients.

What you'll be doing

• Leverage your healthcare and/or life sciences domain expertise to quickly understand business needs, translate complex industry requirements into product capabilities, and help accelerate the delivery of value to customers and patients.
• Act as the key link between Product Management and Agile delivery teams, translating product vision, business priorities, and customer needs into clear and actionable user stories.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria are well defined and understood.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architects, subject matter experts, and other Product Owners to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support delivery planning.
• Participate in Program Increment planning, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, demonstrations, release activities, and other Agile processes.
• Support teams in delivering high-quality solutions by providing ongoing guidance, stakeholder feedback, and requirement clarification.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks and challenges, and help drive informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support release execution and the tracking of relevant delivery metrics while ensuring compliance with applicable development processes and procedures.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in the healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or other regulated industry environments, with the ability to quickly understand domain-specific business requirements and contribute effectively in a complex product development setting.
• 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment, translating business needs into technology requirements and contributing to product development.
• Proven experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and application lifecycle management tools.
• Good understanding of software development practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and the software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to understand complex business and technical challenges, prioritize competing demands, and support practical solution development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience with IT systems in clinical or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Fluent English language skills.
