BHS Corrugated is expanding its capacities for digital solutions to enable its customers to produce corrugated board products even more profitably. As Product Owner Digital Solutions (m/f/x) you will strengthen the team for the realisation and management of the digital product portfolio iCorr. The focus is on the use of data along the life cycle for new services for improved decision-making in processes and for the realisation of AI-based assistance systems and optimisations. You will take responsibility and drive the success of Digital Solutions.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Conception and management of the product vision, strategy, roadmap and release plan for iCorr products
• Carrying out market analyses and analyses of customer needs as well as implementing development projects and marketing and sales strategies
• Development, elaboration and management of business models, with potential for management responsibility
• First point of contact for all technical and strategic product matters
• Responsibility for requirements management including requirements engineering as well as internal and external stakeholder management
• Part of an agile cross-functional development team, as an interface between stakeholders and developers
• Use of modern agile tools and methods for project management, e.g. JIRA, Confluence
• Maintaining and prioritising the product backlog
• Advising and supporting customers, global subsidiaries and internal departments

Your professional and personal profile:

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science or comparable studies
• Several years of experience as a product owner/product manager (m/f/x) for digital solutions in industry, in the field of agile software development or in a comparable position
• Experience in digital development processes (e.g. drafting user stories, moderating prioritisation processes, agile project management and in cloud environments)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, results-orientation and strong implementation skills
• Initial experience with UX methods, good eye for user experience and usability
• Social skills and strong communication skills for dialogue with customers and employees
• Very good command of English, flexibility, willingness to travel, open-mindedness and adaptability
• Goal-orientated, communicative, coordinative and independent way of working
