Aufgaben

To strengthen our Marketing and Digital team, we are looking for a Product Owner for our Customer Portal. You will join a team of multifaceted and highly skilled professionals and will be responsible for the constant improvement of our E-Commerce websites in our B2B SaaS portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading all digital product management efforts for our Customer Portal for our core product.
2. Operational responsibility for the management, optimization, and further improvement of our customer portal.
3. Ensuring web design, coding, and content improve both search engine visibility and conversion of website traffic into leads and orders.
4. Optimizing conversion rates by implementing outstanding conversion strategies and customer conversion journeys.
5. Understanding key partners of our e-commerce offerings and building feature roadmaps and executing against them.
6. Cooperating with supply chain, legal, and finance to set up, maintain, and optimize state-of-the-art e-commerce processes.
7. Close collaboration with product marketing, eCommerce management, online marketing, and sales.
8. Building and executing a vision for our digital sales strategy and the look & feel of our e-commerce sites.
9. Handling a network of agencies (Design, UX) and internal resources (e.g., technical SEO, Web Developers, Designers) and preparing roadmaps and resource planning.

Qualifikation

Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in economics, computer science, marketing, communication, or a relevant field.

1. At least 5 years of professional experience as a digital product manager or product owner in E-Commerce or similar projects.
2. Proven track record of leading high-scale website projects.
3. A sound mix of strong conceptual, analytical, and creative capabilities.
4. Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
5. Experience in running a network of agencies and cooperating with marketing specialists and internal resources (e.g., technical SEO, content managers, web developers).
6. Affinity for data-driven and goal-oriented decision-making.
7. Demonstrated success in driving rapid growth.
8. Ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver helpful solutions with a strong customer-focused attitude.
9. Great communication skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution and build comprehensive reports.
10. Native German speaker and proficient in English (both orally and in writing).
