Your role and responsibilities

Join us as aProduct Owner in our Hamburg office!

As a Product Owner, you'll collaborate within a team that drives the development of our flagship product, D3. D3 is the market-leading pricing engine for FX Forwards and Swaps, used by major trading desks worldwide. It aims to boost automation in the FX market while allowing traders to maintain full control. In this role, you'll manage a team of 5 developers with expertise in front-end, back-end , and web technologies, ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and guide the team with a holistic product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Drive the creation and implementation of new software features and components.
• Ensure user-centric development by working closely with UX designers, customer support, and other stakeholders.
• Define and articulate problems or opportunities clearly.
• Organize and prioritize tasks through sprints, maintaining focus on the company mission and product strategy.
• Test and evaluate the outcomes produced by the development team.
• Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of new features post-production.
• Ensure that new features and improvements positively impact users, the team, and the company.
• Co-create and bring in your own ideas!

Skills and experiences we‘re interested in

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English
• Experience collaborating with dynamic, fast-paced development teams.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for technology and aptitude for learning new tools and methodologies.

Nice to have, but not mandatory:

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
