Responsibilities
- You will develop innovative, customer-oriented and competitive solutions around the topic of “virtual agent” in the context of Customer Service globally
- You ensure best-in-class agentic customer experience assistance in support of deflection and automation targets
- You drive the Conversational AI roadmap as part of the Customer Service Transformation
- You actively foster innovation by analyzing market trends and evaluating the current tooling landscape, seeking innovation potential in alignment with the overall product strategy
- You oversee the entire product lifecycle from requirements gathering, through conceptualization, development, piloting and supporting the market launch, driving KPI and experimentation framework
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders across all hierarchical levels, from the service agent all the way to C-level
Qualifications
- Experience You have 5+ years of proven experience in digital Product Management (discovery and delivery) in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban) and scaling product teams
- Tools You have previous experience with chat and voice bots. Ideally experience with a conversational AI platform such as Genesys
- Self-Starter You have excellent logical, analytical and strategic skills, are structured and self-driven
- Passion You overcome challenges with passion and creativity. You are ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team build a great product and a successful business
- Result-orientation You set clear goals and metrics, analyze your KPIs on a daily basis and shape strategies to continuously improve your products performance
- Communication You have experience in multicultural stakeholder management, working across time zones, and you are skilled at consensus-building and decision-making with excellent communication skills
