AI Futures is partnering with a VC-backed SaaS company in North Rhine-Westphalia that’s building modern software to digitize and automate core operations in the manufacturing sector. Their platform supports industrial clients with tools that enhance efficiency, reduce manual processes, and drive smarter decision-making.

This is a key opportunity for a Product Owner to take strategic ownership of a core B2B SaaS product—working closely with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders to deliver high-impact software used across factory and enterprise environments.

The Role

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for a core industrial SaaS application
• Translate user and business needs into detailed product requirements and prioritised backlogs
• Lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams to execute on roadmap goals
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to ship valuable, scalable features
• Drive adoption and impact across multiple manufacturing use cases

The Candidate

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or industrial software context
• Proven ability to lead agile product development and own outcomes end-to-end
• Clear communicator with strength in stakeholder alignment across business and tech
• Bonus: familiarity with manufacturing operations or factory IT systems
• Fluent German and strong English required

Hybrid: 1 day onsite every 2 weeks (North Rhine-Westphalia)

Package: Up to €80k (fixed + benefits)
