Your Mission
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to shape our go-to-market strategy and drive widespread adoption of our automation solutions to makeRobCo Europe’s leading company for automation solutions for our clients. With over 50 million euros in funding from renowned VCs like Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as support from top-tier business angels such as Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil, we are well-positioned to realize our vision.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in positioning RobCo as the top choice for automation by effectively conveying the value of our products, influencing product direction, and establishing a strong market presence. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales teams to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
As part of the RobCo team, you will:
- Identify and analyse key market opportunities in the automation sectors to drive growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering and Marketing) to coordinate impactful product launches and marketing initiatives
- Leverage customer insights, competitive analysis, and market research to influence product positioning and strategy
- Craft compelling narratives and content for RobCo’s marketing materials, sales enablement, and customer education
- Build strategic playbooks for product rollout, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and upselling/cross-selling initiatives
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, strategic consulting, or related fields, with a solid grasp of market dynamics and customer needs. From this 2+ years in product marketing, ideally within a high-growth tech environment, with a focus on driving product success and adoption.
- Adaptable and Data-Driven: Skilled in refining strategies based on performance signals and proficient in tracking key success metrics.
- Customer-Centric and Strategic Communicator: Strong focus on customer needs and effective engagement with stakeholders, adept at translating complex product features into clear benefits.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing for technology or automation solutions; experience in robotics, automation, or industrial tech is a plus.
