Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA/EPC/LIS Division is looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to assume a leadership position responsible for understanding our markets & customers needs, ensuring this understanding translates into optimal business decisions & product strategy as well as driving exciting marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will be a super sharp, highly motivated experienced product marketing manager with a great passion for market analysis, technology and business growth.

  • Drive market research and competitive analysis
  • Influence company roadmap through market trends and requirements analysis
  • Write market requirements documents(MRD)
  • Craft product messaging and positioning
  • Monitor and analyze business performance
  • Support sales through marketing activities and customer meetings
  • Develop marketing documentations and sales tools (e.g., presentations, brochures, web)
  • Interface with Product management, Sales organization and the executive team

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in relevant fields (e.g., mechanical/electrical engineering); MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience as a PMM for global, high-tech, multi-disciplinary companies; experience in product management/application teams – advantage
  • Background in the technology and the market of PCB and/or semiconductors – advantage
  • Sharp, analytical data analysis skills
  • Blend of business and technical savvy
