Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market strategies for advertising solutions in DACH. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with our biggest clients, in-market sales, headquarter product, and European product marketing teams in a high-growth environment. Key skills include self-motivation, prioritization, and influencing partners and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a full-time position based in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich.

Responsibilities:
  1. Own TikTok's web performance products' GTM strategies and grow revenue & product adoption in DACH, focusing on the Travel, Auto, and Finance verticals.
  2. Become the in-market product expert by partnering closely with the sales team and their biggest clients to understand customer pain points, product needs, and business requirements.
  3. Ensure a market- and client-first approach by working closely with major advertisers to increase product adoptions, identify blockers, and uncover growth opportunities.
  4. Act as the voice of the market in product development, synthesizing market insights and collaborating with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product GTM and adoption strategies, including narratives, solution packages, best practices, and product recommendations.
  6. Develop sales education strategies and partner with subject matter experts in the sales organization to ensure high product knowledge standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in media marketing or product marketing (5+ years), with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Expertise in media sales and paid social media performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the German market and media ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing role.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving performance goals.
  • Fast learner with good judgment and original thinking, able to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry expertise in Travel, Auto, or Finance.
  • Fluent German language skills.
