About the Role

As our Product Marketing Manager , you’ll be the voice of the customer and the bridge between engineering, sales, and the market. You’ll craft powerful positioning, drive awareness, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of our semiconductor technologies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic marketing efforts in a high-growth environment, where your ideas will have a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Market & Competitive Analysis : Spot trends, uncover customer needs, and keep tabs on competitors to shape strategy.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership : Own and execute launch strategies, develop messaging, and differentiate our products effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to align product goals and execution.
  • Content Creation : Develop engaging marketing assets—think brochures, presentations, web content, and technical documents.
  • Product Launch Management : Plan and lead product launches, tracking performance metrics, and refining campaigns post-launch.
  • Budget & Performance : Manage the marketing budget and report results to the CEO and leadership team.

What You Bring

  • Background : Bachelor’s in Engineering, Marketing, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Experience : 5+ years in product marketing or product management within the semiconductor sector.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiar with logic, memory, or mixed-signal technologies? That’s a big plus.
  • Soft Skills : You’re a clear communicator, strategic thinker, and effective collaborator.
  • Bonus Points : Experience in digital marketing, CRM tools, Agile methodologies, or event marketing.
