Position Overview:

Insulet is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes.

This is not a traditional marketing communications or campaign role. This position is focused on go-to-market strategy, working closely with product management and key functions to shape positioning, strategy, and adoption.

In this position, the Product Marketing Manager will support Product Marketing activities and the market success of Omnipod 5. The role includes understanding the competitive landscape internationally to inform strategies, priorities, and plans.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, manage international requirements for new product launches, and coordinate with stakeholders. A good understanding of market dynamics in various international markets is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Support development and execution of international launch plans with Sr Product Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in realization of go-to-market strategy and launch assets.
  • Gather information to define go-to-market strategies for new launches.
  • Lead international input into, and serve as contact for, development of launch toolkits.
  • Partner with global and international marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Gather customer insights through market research in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Represent the voice of the international customer to support worldwide product strategy.
  • Identify unmet needs in international markets by working with local teams and customers.
  • Lead market research projects and analyze findings to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to claims and messaging development, articulating the international perspective.
  • Understand various international markets, stakeholders, treatment pathways, and access issues.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, medical affairs, market access, legal, and customer care teams.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in product marketing and launches in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams at global, regional, or country levels.
  • Experience launching products across multiple markets and driving awareness and adoption.
  • Good understanding of international market dynamics.

Travel:
  • Up to 25% travel required.
  • Field travel to meet customers and attend trade shows or conferences as needed.
