Position:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager Germany & Austria Peripheral (m/f/d), based in Germany, to lead marketing strategies and campaigns within the region. Responsibilities include managing product launches, conducting market research, creating tailored marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support local sales efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic alignment and commercialization of Penumbra's product portfolio in Germany, building and elevating the Penumbra brand through dedicated, market-specific campaigns.
  • Support management in developing annual marketing plans for EMEA and lead the country marketing plan.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers, especially KOLs.
  • Collaborate on product development and strategy with EMEA and global marketing teams.
  • Plan and execute product launches in coordination with EMEA marketing and sales teams.
  • Coordinate congresses and medical education events with the EMEA events team.
  • Identify market potentials, gather customer and KOL insights, and develop product strategies and business cases.
  • Review product specifications, evaluate new ideas, and assess product changes.
  • Work with the sales team to identify training needs and implement development initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, assess competitors, and prepare product comparisons.
  • Lead and support product access negotiations in your country.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing within the medical device industry, with a strong background in peripheral vascular or interventional cardiology therapies.
  • Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in managing product launches and executing marketing strategies.
  • Experience in KOL management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Project management skills for leading product launches.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with adaptability and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
