Main Responsibilities
    • Drive the strategic alignment and commercialization of Penumbra's product portfolio in Germany, while building and elevating the Penumbra brand through dedicated, market-specific campaigns.
    • Supporting management in the development of EMEA annual marketing plans and lead country marketing plan.
    • Regular visits at customers, especially KOL`s.
    • For product development, as well as for the development of product strategies with EMEA marketing and Global Marketing.
    • Planning and executing product launches in close cooperation with the EMEA marketing team and Country Sales team.
    • Planning and coordinating congresses and Medical Education in collaboration with EMEA Events coordination team
    • To identify potentials by means of market research, determine needs and wishes of our customers/KOLs, translate these into product strategies and tactics and create all necessary business cases and return-on-investment analyses.
    • Developing recommendations on the type and scope of current and future product lines, review product specifications and requirements and evaluate new product ideas and/or product changes.
    • Assess and identify areas where the Sales team may benefit from further development, and work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to implement appropriate training initiatives.
    • To carry out market observations, assess the competition and draw up product comparisons.
    • To lead and support product access negotiations in your country.
    • Nice to have: Experience in working with GPOs, positioning products, pricing and creating strategy.


What We're Looking For
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in product marketing within the medical device industry, with a strong background in peripheral vascular or interventional cardiology therapies
    • Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and market dynamics.
    • Proven experience in managing product launches and executing marketing strategies.
    • Experience in KOL management.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions based on data.
    • Project management expertise to lead product launches and ensure timely execution.
    • Adaptability and resilience with the ability to work independently or in teams.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Travel requirement up to 50%.
