Quantum Systems is seeking a Marketing professional to shape product positioning and messaging for our AI-powered drone solutions. You will work across air, land, and sea domains, planning go-to-market activities and creating materials.

You bring a completed degree in marketing or related field, 3–5 years B2B tech experience, and strong English and German communication. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to tell clear customer stories.

• Completed degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Interest in complex technological products and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Basic understanding of marketing disciplines such as positioning, messaging, market analysis, and campaign planning.
• Structured, proactive, and service-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Support in developing product positioning and messaging based on market, customer, and competitive analyses through all domains (Air, Land, Sea).
• Planning and executing go-to-market activities for new products, features, and releases.
• Create and maintain product and marketing materials such as website content, brochures, presentations, blog posts, whitepapers, or technical documentation.
• Support the sales team with sales enablement content (e.g., sales decks, product guides, case studies).
• Conduct market and competitive analyses, including preparing insights for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with customer interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis to continuously improve messaging and product presentation.
• Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
