Quantum Systems is seeking a Product Marketing Manager Multi-Domain to join our global marketing team. You will help translate complex AI-powered drone technologies into market-relevant stories, support product positioning, go-to-market plans, and launches across Air, Land, and Sea.

Collaborate with product management, sales, and content teams to create messaging, enablement materials, and competitive insights; fluency in English and German is essential; hybrid work arrangement in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, or comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B or deep tech environment is an advantage.
• Interest in complex technological products and ability to quickly familiarize with new topics.
• Basic understanding of marketing disciplines: positioning, messaging, market analysis, and campaign planning.
• Structured, proactive, and service-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Support in developing product positioning and messaging based on market, customer, and competitive analyses through all domains (Air, Land, Sea).
• Plan and execute go-to-market activities for new products, features, and releases.
• Create and maintain product/marketing materials (website content, brochures, presentations, blog posts, whitepapers, or technical documentation).
• Support the sales team with sales enablement content (sales decks, product guides, case studies).
• Conduct market and competitive analyses, including insights for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with customer interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis to improve messaging and product presentation.
• Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.

As a Product Marketing Manager Multi-Domain, you will be part of our global marketing team and work closely with product management, sales, and other stakeholders. You will support product positioning, assist with product launches, and help turn complex technology into market-relevant stories.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support in developing product positioning and messaging based on market, customer, and competitive analyses through all domains (Air, Land, Sea)

• Planning and executing go-to-market activities for new products, features, and releases

• Create and maintain product and marketing materials such as website content, brochures, presentations, blog posts, whitepapers, or technical documentation

What you bring to the team:

• Completed degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience (3-5 years of professional experience); B2B or deep tech environment is an advantage
• Interest in complex technological products and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Basic understanding of marketing disciplines such as positioning, messaging, market analysis, and campaign planning
• Structured, proactive, and service-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
