Zusammenfassung

Quantum-Systems GmbH sucht einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der Auftragsabwicklung, des Exports und des Stammdatenmanagements. Sie arbeiten eng mit Lieferketten-, Export- und Produktteams zusammen und erhalten praxisnahe Einblicke in Drohnensysteme.

Sie arbeiten an der Klassifizierung exportrelevanter Produkte, der Dokumentation und an BAFA-/ELAN-K2-Anträgen, während Sie Stammdaten pflegen und Prozesse optimieren. Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, Englisch vorteilhaft.

Qualifikationen

• Derzeit Studium in International Commercial Law, Business Law oder vergleichbar.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Motiviert, teamorientiert und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office; Grundkenntnisse Jira/Confluence ERP sind Plus.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Auftragsabwicklung und Export-Manager im Tagesgeschäft.
• Mitwirkung bei exportbezogener Klassifizierung von Gütern.
• Unterstützung BAFA-Anträge über ELAN-K2 Portal und Zollportale.
• Pflege und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Stammdaten.
• Erfassung, Strukturierung und Prüfung von Produkt-, Zoll- und Exportinfos.
• Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung mit Jira, Confluence und MS Office.
• Erkennung von Dateninkonsistenzen und Beitrag zur Prozessoptimierung.

Als Werkstudent – Auftragsabwicklung, Export & Stammdatenmanagement (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Supply Chain- und Export Operations-Team bei der täglichen Auftragsabwicklung, der exportrelevanten Klassifizierung unserer Produkte sowie der Pflege und Verbesserung von Stammdaten.

Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Auftragsabwicklung, Export, Logistik, Produktmanagement und Engineering zusammen und erhältst praxisnahe Einblicke in die operativen Prozesse hinter unseren fortschrittlichen Drohnensystemen.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• You support our Order Processing and Export Managers in their daily operations, documentation activities, and the tracking of open topics.

• You familiarize yourself with our product portfolio and assist in the export-related classification of goods.

• You support the submission of applications and requests to the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) via the ELAN-K2 portal, as well as through customs portals (e.g., AZG and binding tariff information (vZTA) procedures).

• You assist in the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of master data.

• You collect, structure, and review product-, customs-, and export-related information.

• You support the documentation and tracking of topics using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

• You identify data inconsistencies, contribute to improving data quality, and support process optimization initiatives.

What you bring to the team:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in International Commercial Law, Business Law, Economic Law, International Business Law, Customs, Tax and Foreign Trade Law, Master of Customs, Taxation and International Trade Law, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.

• You are fluent in German and communicate confidently, precisely, and professionally with internal stakeholders.

• Good English skills are an advantage, particularly when working with documentation, systems, and international terminology.

• You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and have an interest in technical products, operational processes, and export- and customs-related matters.

• You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner.

• You are open-minded, communicative, and proactively engage with colleagues from different departments.

• You have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; initial knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or ERP systems is a plus.

• You work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and proactively seek clarification when information is missing.
