Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Our team is seeking extraordinary individuals ideally with experience in the Healthcare industry to take responsibility for a key product of our portfolio, its innovation pipeline and commercial launches. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in strategy consulting, creative and strategic agencies or working in marketing departments of companies with a focus on digital and technology. This role is part of the Global Business Unit “Connected Technology Solutions” and plays a critical role in driving business success for the overall company.

What you will do:

1. Develop and implement the marketing strategy for your portfolio to fulfill business, product or service demands.
2. Conduct target group segmentation based on research to ensure the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing customers.
3. Run analyses on commercial performance, market, and competitor landscape.
4. Derive commercial strategy, product positioning and launch planning for your portfolio.
5. Establish and manage strategic partnerships.
6. Work closely with senior management, present progress on and drive key decisions.

What you will bring:

1. Excellent university degree in engineering, business administration, applied economics, natural sciences, or similar qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience as strategy consultant, with a creative or strategic agency ideally working with a leading healthcare company, or in marketing departments of innovative small- to midsize enterprises in the digital space.
3. Track record showing outstanding performance in consulting, marketing, and/or account management.
4. Proven content creator and problem solver with strong analytical and excellent execution skills. MedTech / Dental industry know-how is a plus.
5. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and content production.
6. Well-organized and efficient, combined with hands-on mentality.
7. High-level of business acumen and strong entrepreneurial mindset.
8. Customer-centric mindset, design-thinking expertise a plus.
9. High-level of social competence and team spirit.
10. Strong communication skills towards senior management.
11. Fluency in English. German is a plus.
